The Theo Award, presented by National Comp and Risk & Insurance, was named for President Theodore Roosevelt, who enacted the country’s first significant workers’ comp legislation in 1908. Building upon more than 100 years of progress in workers' comp and injury prevention, the Theo Award recognizes employers that continually strive for excellence, identifying new and effective solutions to the industry's rapidly evolving challenges.
The Theo Award honors employers across multiple industry categories. We recognize the value in learning about all effective workers’ comp and injury prevention solutions, including those tailored to specific industries.
What problem have you made an impact on? We want to hear about it. We seek solutions that run the gamut of successful outcomes. That can include solutions related to:
… and all the other workers’ comp and injury reduction successes you have cause to celebrate. No solution is too simple or too complex as long as it’s making a difference.
Share your success with National Comp and Risk & Insurance. Our goal is to recognize and share workers’ comp best practices of all kinds.
