Elisha Krempetz

Elisha Krempetz is currently the Vice President of Strategy and Innovation for Concentra. Taking an unconventional approach to her career journey, she spent her early working years in the financial and tech industry. She has called Concentra home for the past 23 years, beginning in Sales and continually expanding her impact to multiple aspects of the business, increasing her roles and responsibilities along the way. She elevated to AVP, National Accounts, and then to VP, Strategic Initiatives focusing on key partnerships as well as leading the market launch of telemedicine.

In her current role within the Product and Innovation team, she leverages her industry experience fixating on customers' and partners' business needs, uncovering gaps, and identifying opportunities to direct technology solutions that are partner and customer-centric.

Personally, Elisha loves people through sharing food and creating "the experience", whether trying a new dish to cook or making homemade spaghetti sauce for her boys’ school camping trips. "She could host a Quinceanera on any given Tuesday", said by a dear friend, and she has proved it more than a few times. Elisha loves when her husband and two teenage boys engage her in new experiences (i.e., sailing, skiing, concerts, rock climbing), and her new favorite pastime is Latin dance classes.
Elisha graduated from the University of Texas, Arlington with a B.A. in Communications and is a life-long lover of stretching herself and learning new things.
