How can I register to attend?

Registration is easy! Click here to begin.

Are team discounts available?

Attendees can receive a team discount of 10% off Premium Registrations with 3 or more attendees, and a 15% discount with 6 or more attendees.  Team discounts are applied automatically during registration. However, all registrants must be registered at once, and processed using the same payment card.  Team discounts cannot be done individually.  In step 5 of the registration process, and just before submitting payment, there’s an option to add another registrant. Once enough registrants are added, the appropriate discounted rate (10% or 15%) is automatically applied to each registration.

Are Continuing Education Units (CEUs) available?

When will the Exhibit Hall be open?

Tuesday, November 11 - 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Dedicated Expo Hours: 10-11 a.m., Noon-1:15 p.m., 2:15-3:30 p.m.

Wednesday, November 12 - 9:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.
Dedicated Expo Hours: 9:30-11 a.m., Noon-1:15 p.m., 2:15-3:15 p.m.

*Dedicated Expo Hours - Allow uninterrupted conversations and time to visit the exhibit hall. Session rooms will be closed, educational sessions will only take place in the National Comp Theater and Industry Theater during these times.

Can I bring my wheeled bag on the Exhibit Hall floor?

Rolling Bags/Suitcasing Policy: National Comp does not permit solicitation from non-exhibiting companies. Attendees are not allowed to bring rolling bags/suitcases on the expo floor.  Any individual observed participating in activities to solicit or sell products to event attendees without having a booth at the event will be asked to leave immediately.

I am a speaker, what do I need to know?

Once you confirm your participation as a speaker, you will have to register yourself as a speaker. A link will be provided to you in the Speaker Resource Center. You will then receive a registration confirmation email along with a link to make your hotel reservation within the National Comp room block.

What types of food will be at the event?

Continental Breakfasts: Assorted juices, coffee, hot tea, fruits, yogurts, assorted breakfast pastries. Also includes one hot item each day, i.e.: egg sandwich, breakfast burrito, etc.
Lunch: Full lunch buffets with dessert break following
Refreshment/Dessert Breaks: Menu choices vary, i.e.: fruit, Danish, dessert pastries etc.

What meals are included with our registration?

These vary based on the type of registration you purchase:

Tuesday: Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour, Dessert & Refreshment Breaks
Wednesday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dessert & Refreshment Breaks

Do you offer ADA accommodations at National Comp?

The conference will cover Special ADA requests that are received at least 15 days before the conference, based on availability.

How can I modify my registration?

Please visit your original confirmation email to modify your registration.

What is your cancellation policy?

Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the conference start will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $250. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. No-show registrations will not be refunded nor offered credit to a future conference.

The Institutes reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations or any other unforeseen circumstances. In case of conference cancelation, The Institutes’ liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only. The Institutes reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.

Where can I find the receipt from my registration?

The registration confirmation email contains a link to download the receipt.
