Only individuals registered and badged may attend National Comp. Attendees must have appropriate badge to attend the Keynote, General Sessions, Educational Sessions, and to enter the Expo Hall. Individuals must be 21 years of age and older in order to participate in the Annual Conference & Exhibition and attend all related events.

If you're planning to attend National Comp with a group of 3 or more people, you can receive a discount on your registration fees. The discounts will be automatically applied when you register your group online as a single process, under the same group name, and process the payment at once.
Groups with 3-5 registrations will receive a 10% discount off the current pricing, while groups with 6-20 registrations will receive a 15% discount off the current pricing.
Please note that these discounts are only applicable to Premium passes.
National Comp engages workers’ compensation professionals, attorneys, legal counselors, and industry service providers in a collaborative, inclusive event to address emerging issues affecting the workers’ compensation community. National Comp conference is designed to foster relationships and encourage the open exchange of ideas and information.
To fulfill our goals of collaboration and inclusion, National Comp PROHIBITS ANY PARTICIPANT FROM HOLDING AN EVENT OR PRIVATELY HOSTING CLIENTS DURING CONFERENCE HOURS outside the event hall.
National Comp attendees and registrants that violate this policy diminish the collaborative and inclusive environment and impair National Comp’s mission and the integrity of our event.
We ask that you not hold private gatherings outside the event hall during these conference hours and decline any invitations that violate this policy. We also ask that you report any such invitations to Show Management. Doing so helps to further National Comp’s goals of creating an inclusive and collaborative environment that the attendees deserve and have come to expect.
Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the conference start will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $250. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. No-show registrations will not be refunded.
The Institutes reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations or any other unforeseen circumstances. In case of conference cancelation, The Institutes’ liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only. The Institutes reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
