Housing Deadlines

​October 22nd and later ​Confirmation of Hosted Block assignments received after September 23rd
January 7, 2022 ​Last day to reduce room blocks by 10% without penalty
February 19, 2022 ​Rooming list due to Connections Housing
March 8, 2022 Last date Hosted Block Forms accepted (rooming list must be included)
March 8, 2022 ​Rooming list changes will be conducted through Connections Housing
April 8-13, 2022 Connections Housing staff onsite in convention center

 

BUYER BEWARE!  Connections Housing, Inc. is the only housing company authorized by RIMS to provide housing services to conference participants. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to  represent RIMS. DELTA Airlines

UNITED Airlines

United Airlines to offer special discounts on travel to RISKWORLD.

MileagePlus members earn Premier Qualifying Dollars and miles for their travel.

You may also call United Meeting Reservation Desk at (800) 426-1122, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (ET)  and Saturday – Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (ET).

Booking fees are waived for Meeting reservations. International customers may contact their local United Reservation Desk.

 

Taxis

Taxis are available at designated areas of the airport; follow signs leading to the transportation plazas and a transportation coordinator will assist you.​

Shuttle Bus Service
